ADD Force was formed in response to the growing need to match qualified candidates with the steadily increasing employment opportunities in various industries. As a human resources solutions provider, we focus on value not only for our clients, but also for the candidates who have selected us as consultants in their search for jobs. ADEC SOLUTIONS
Established in year 2002, Adec Solutions phenomenally become a player of note in the international outsourcing market, accumulating a number of large-scale clients in a wide range of services. The clients are significant market movers in their own industry sectors. From a start-up group of less than fifty employees, the firm now employs over One Thousand Five hundred (1500) and is looking to employ thousands more because of increasing demand from existing and new clients. Its planned manpower size for the medium term is around five thousand (5,000). Adec Solutions presents to the Filipino worker virtually unlimited opportunities for diversified training; skill learning, accumulation and development; and career advancement. The staff are exposed to business processes that are actually taking place in the key business centers of the world and get trained and eventually get paid to do jobs related to such business processes. In the process, they are immersed in the company’s sound business philosophy and sense, and inevitably learns good management theory and practice. ADVANCE SOLUTIONS, INC.
A wholly owned Filipino company engaged in the sales and service of personal computer hardware, software, parts and peripherals. It was established in May 1996 to meet the increasing demand of the local market for high quality information technology (IT) equipment with superior after sales service. ASI is proud to carry 95% of the available personal computer products in the Philippine market.

Staffed with highly qualified HR specialists and experts, it delivers quality services to the company’s clients and its applicants with value-added services. Established in 1994, it was pioneered by people who believed in human resources as an asset in any business entity, regardless of its size or scope. ASIA PARTNERSHIP PHILIPPINES, INC.
APPI is an international recruitment, training and consultancy firm. It was established in 1994 as part of the ASIA Partnership Group with headquarters in Sydney, Australia. In 2001, ASIA Call Center Link (ACCL), a division of APPI, was established with a vision to service the emerging call center industry in the Philippines.
ASIA SELECT INC.
Asia Select Inc. (then Asia Corporate Selection) started its operations in 1997 as a search and selection firm which aims to serve middle management, supervisory and staff positions. In 2001, the Firm changed its name to Asia Select and expanded its services to cover interim staffing, multiple staffing solutions, and international placements. It also launched its logo, as shown above. In 2002, Asia Select became the first land-based search and selection firm to be certified under ISO 9001:2000 standards. Its Quality Management System was assessed by Certification International Philippines (affiliated with Certification International of UK), following the standards of UKAS.
ASIAN FORMULA 3 CORP.
THE Asian Formula 3 Corporation (AF3), which holds office in Manila, is an entity incorporated under Philippine laws and duly registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission. It was organized for the purpose of bringing professional motor sport to a new level in Asia by demonstrating to commercial backers that motor sport, and Formula 3 in particular, offers a tremendous return on an investment in series, event, team or driver support. AF3 stockholders are comprised of teams who are committed to enter a minimum of two cars for the 2004 season and beyond. Current stockholders include the proprietors of Speedtech Racing, Joson F3 Racing, Team Goddard, Ghiasports, TOM’S Asia and Kinectic Racing.
BAYANIHAN PLACEMENT AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Established in August 1993 to provide various companies with professional recruitment assistance and other human-resources-related management services. Today, Bayanihan has already employed thousands of qualified individuals and has helped many companies fill their departments with the most qualified, tailor-fit managers and staff.
BELREWMOND TRADING, INC.
Organized as a reputable Philippine Distributor of consumer products such as cameras, calculators and timepieces, Belrewmond Trading, was under the umbrella organization of then, Philippine Distributor Super East Marketing to handle the exclusive sales and marketing of Casio Electronic Musical Instruments (EMI) in 1986. Super East Marketing has been the forefront distributor of Canon Cameras since 1977.In 1998, however, a significant change in Super East Marketing Management led to the dissolution of the company and the eventual distributorship of Belrewmond Trading for Casio Timepieces and Electronic Musical Instruments.
