On its 20th anniversary, STI introduced I-CARES, a premier career service system, as one of its remarkable projects for its graduates and alumni.

The first in the educational setting, I-CARES or Interactive Career Assistance & Recruitment System, is an online recruitment management system that provides assistance to STI students and alumni in establishing links with prospective employers for both local and foreign employment. It includes online career tips and advice, updates on job fairs and seminars, and other helpful tools to assist them in their career development.

I-CARES is indeed the answer to STI’s urgent call of programs that would enable its graduates to keep pace in the changing competitive landscape.
