You must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following fields: Food & Beverages Services Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management and Industrial Management.    
You should have 3-5 years of solid relevant experience in restaurant management, either in a head or assistant head capacity.
