Technical Support Engineer

Diagnose and resolve customer issues about the software, hardware and related areas Monitor system availability Monitors the security and efficiency of various systems Installs and configures software, hardware and network Handle and manage Edusuite application deployments Handle server maintenance and operations
 
 
    Job Requirements
      Must be proficient in the following:
 Design and develop database architecture for information systems projects
 Design, develop, implement, manage, and maintain business computer solutions
 Manage information systems to aid business decisions
 MySQL
 JavaScript

Other Requirements/Skills :
At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.    
   
Knowledgeable in basic Java Development to effectively diagnose issues    
   
Strong understanding of related hardware and software including their configurations    
   
Strong understanding of the Linux Operating System and Computer Networking    
   
Able to construct SQL queries and manage a database    
   
Knowledge of the following is a plus:    
   
Amazon Web Services    
   
Google Cloud Platform
