Customer Service Representative
Metro Manila
 
Provide functional and/or technical support for resolution of customer problems, issues, requests, and queries. Liaise with other support teams to resolve issues in a timely manner. Ensure proper documentation, notification ,escalation, tracking, and follow up of all incidents. Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact, not transaction processing.
 
 
    Job Requirements
      Must be proficient in the following:
 Apply fundamental computer concepts as problem solving skills
 Perform research in the fields of software engineering, systems development, and information systems

Other Requirements/Skills :
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or any related 4-year course. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.    
• Undergraduates with 1-2 years of BPO experience are also welcome to apply.    
• Knowledge in Computer and Information Technology    
• Average verbal and written English communication skills    
• Amenable to work in shifting schedule which includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
