As a Client Support Representative for our Client Services (CS) team, you will provide great service to clients by resolving technical and product functionality inquiries via phone, web, and e-mail to ensure the successful use of our solutions and a high level of customer satisfaction.
    Job Requirements
      Must be proficient in the following:
 Design program logic
 Apply program development approach
 Apply object-oriented programming language skills
 Apply programming skills in a second language
 Build and manage a database
 Create dynamic web pages
 Communicate effectively in a customer contact center
 Deliver quality customer service
 Perform basic computer operation and Internet navigation
 Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of the American culture and geography
