| * On-site diagnosis, isolation and assessment of computer related technical issues.
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting of the following:
o Desktop/laptop hardware, OS, and Email
o Basic Network (e.g. Internet/Intranet, LAN, WAN, Voice network connectivity)
o Basic business application, Anti-virus
* Proper coordination with clients by:
o asking targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem,

| Must be proficient in the following: |
 | Design, develop, manage and maintain computer hardware systems. |
| | | Design, develop, manage and maintain computer software systems. |
| | | Design, develop, manage and maintain data communication systems - e.g. computer network infrastructure and client-servers. |
| | | Perform back-up and restoration of files |
| | | Perform preventive maintenance on hardware and software computer systems |
| | | Create and maintain user accounts |
| | | Create system documentation |
| | | Diagnose and troubleshoot computer systems |
|
Other Requirements/Skills :
* With good understanding of computer systems, network connectivity, mobile devices and other technical products.
* With hands-on experience on:
o Windows OS environments
o network printer configuration, hardware troubleshooting
* Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (e.g. VNC, team viewer).
