NETWORK OPERATIONS CENTER – TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER I (NOC-TSE I) Information Technology o Monitor and resolve application, system and network incidents affecting systems and ensure maximum availability and performance o Required skills: helpdesk standard practices, client liaison, problem solving, written and verbal communication o Graduate of Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent o At least 1 year of related work experience o Must be amenable to work from home
 
 
    Job Requirements
      Must be proficient in the following:
 Design and develop database architecture for information systems projects
 Apply fundamental computer concepts as problem solving skills
 Design and implement computer-based solutions
 Perform research in the fields of software engineering, systems development, and information systems
 Develop project plans
