Customer Service Representative (Manila and Cebu)
Metro Manila
• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field • At least 6 months – 1 year (s) of Customer Service experience in the BPO industry • Must be available for a regular schedule of 40 hours a week, one that spans weekends and holidays as our customers need us. Shifts may include evening or early morning hours • Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress
    Job Requirements
      Must be proficient in the following:
 Design, develop, implement, manage, and maintain business computer solutions
 Manage information systems to aid business decisions
 Adobe Photoshop

Other Requirements/Skills :
• Provide friendly and efficient service to the travel community of our client    
• Be a first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints    
• Respond professionally to inbound phone calls, including urgent situations    
• Identify and escalate issues appropriately
