 Render efficient customer service
 Skilled in handling customer related stress.
 Demonstrate knowledge and appreciation of customers' expectations
 Demonstrate knowledge and skills in dealing with various types of customer

Other Requirements/Skills :
A bachelor's degree from any field is preferred but not a requirement    
Work experience in a high energy, productive environment    
Excellence in both written and spoken English
