IT Helpdesk Technician

Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problems, and determines and implements solution.
 
 
    Job Requirements
      Must be proficient in the following:
 Design and develop database architecture for information systems projects
 Apply fundamental computer concepts as problem solving skills
 Design and implement computer-based solutions
 Perform research in the fields of software engineering, systems development, and information systems
 Analyze and design systems using SDLC methodologies

Other Requirements/Skills :
Responsibilities:    
* Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware    
* Respond to queries either in person or phone.    
* Simple network trouble shooting    
* windows system trouble shooting    
* Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur    
* Install computer peripherals for users    
* Follow up employees to ensure issue has been resolved.    
* Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area
