Technical Service Representative
Metro Manila
 
1. Setup, configuration and support of both the workstation hardware and software. This will include Operating System installation, configuration and upgrades, application installation and configuration, hardware upgrades and hardware/software troubleshooting. 2. Consult with customers over the phone, mail, or via the web and process information, requests, or comments in an efficient manner. 3. Utilize technology to create and retain consumer data and records 4. Communicate with customers
 
 
    Job Requirements
      Must be proficient in the following:
 Render efficient customer service
 Skilled in handling customer related stress.
 Type a minimum of 45 words per minute
 Demonstrate knowledge and appreciation of customers' expectations
 Demonstrate knowledge and skills in dealing with various types of customer
 MS Excel
 MS Powerpoint
 MS Word

Other Requirements/Skills :
